Long Beach mayor Bob Foster will deliver the annual State of the City address at the Terrace Theater on January 12, according to a press release from his office today.
The Terrace Theater is located in the Performing Arts Center at 300 E. Ocean Boulevard. The address will begin at 7:00pm.
For the second consecutive year, the event is open to the public for free. Anyone interested in attending is encouraged to visit StateofLB.com to RSVP for their seat. You can also call 562.570.5089 to reserve a ticket.
“The State of the City is the people’s speech and plays an important part of the civic process,” said Mayor Foster. “Last year marked the first time in a decade where the State of the City was available to the general public for free. There was a great response and I’m delighted that we could move to a larger venue to accommodate more people.”
