On Saturday morning at around 1:45 a.m., Todd Jackson walked out of his care facility and has not been found. Jackson was the victim of an apparent hate crime on August 2, 2009 when he was beaten by unknown individuals near the Granada Boat Launch in Belmont Shore.
He sustained injuries and is brain damaged. He has scars on the left side of his scalp and one on his nose. At the time of this posting, he is clean shaven. He cannot speak or swallow and needs to be fed through a tube.
