Police say an at-risk 74-year-old Long Beach man has been found in Carson after he was reported missing earlier this week.
Thomas Edward Morgan was last seen at around 5:34 a.m. Sunday at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department. He was located in unharmed in Carson Wednesday afternoon, according to the LBPD.
Morgan previously went missing in June and was located in Los Angeles, police said.
