9:15am | The Press-Telegram is reporting that Scott Evans Dekraii, who was arrested in October just moments after storming into a Seal Beach beauty salon and shooting nine people, killing eight, was indicted by an Orange County Grand Jury Tuesday.
Dekraai, 42, was indicted on eight felony counts of special circumstance murder for committing multiple murders and one felony count of attempted murder.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the October 12 rampage, the worst mass-shooting in Orange County history.
