7:43am | Family and friends of Doug Zerby gathered to remember, console each other, and lay cards, candles and flowers in memory of the man shot and killed by police officers on Sunday afternoon as they mistook the water nozzle he held for a gun.
It capped off a difficult day for the family, some of whom became very emotional during a Police press conference earlier in the day. They are in the process of seeking legal counsel.
