The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding 67-year-old Robert Lee Monroe, who was last seen Aug. 5 in West Long Beach.
Police said Monroe was last seen near the 2200 block of W. Williams Street, an area near Century Villages at Cabrillo at about 10:50 a.m., likely wearing a blue baseball cap.
Monroe is considered an “at-risk” missing person by police due to medical conditions that require immediate attention. He is also partially blind, authorities said.
Monroe is white, 5-foot-10-inches and about 170 pounds with white hair and brown eyes.
