UPDATE: Missing 85-year-old man found, reunited with family

Editor’s note: Police located Calvin Mark Lee unharmed in Long Beach Saturday morning at approximately 12:09 a.m. He has been reunited with his family.

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating an elderly at-risk person who went missing early Thursday evening.

Calvin Mark Lee, 85, was last seen in the area of Seventh Street and Alamitos Avenue traveling eastbound toward Seventh Street on foot around 5:30 p.m., according to the LBPD.

It was not clear where he was going and he was walking a small dog on a leash.

Lee suffers from medical conditions, may easily become disorientated, and is unable to take care of himself, police said.

Police described Lee as a 5-foot-7-inches man weighing 110 pounds with gray hair and a gray beard. He was wearing a blue and yellow SpongeBob T-shirt, red pants and red shoes with white soles, police said.
