In a down economy, it’s tough to find affordable fun. That’s why the Queen Mary is offering free admission for California residents through the entire month of January, it recently announced. All that’s required for free admission is proof of residency, like a driver’s license.
“Realizing that we are all living through difficult economic times, we thought that offering free admission to California residents during January would be our small way of helping to ring in 2009 on a positive note,” said Queen Mary General Manager Jay Primavera, in a release.
All guided tours are sold separately, but guests are welcome to wander the decks on their own. Operating hours are from 10am-6pm and parking is not included in the promotion.
