Dressed-up soldiers and their dates will flock to the Queen Mary this Saturday as the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of the United States Army hosts the 2015 Army Ball.
The event will allow soldiers to have fun and be recognized for their service to the country, organizers announced.
“I can assure you, this night means a lot to them[…] they wear their uniforms with such honor,” said John Ventimiglia of the GLAC AUSA in a press release.
The night will include a three-course dinner, live entertainment and prom-themed photos. Miss California Natasha Martinez is also scheduled to attend.
The public is invited to sponsor seats for soldiers and their guests through the GLAC AUSA’s GoFundMe page, with donations of $25, $50, $100 or more, as part of the Give a Soldier a Night Out program.
