Friends and Family gathered on the Queen Mary Tuesday to honor and celebrate Councilmember Suja Lowenthal. The event, which was originally planned as a fundraiser, turned into victory party for the un-opposed Lowenthal. Diana Lejins was on hand to capture some of the night’s moments.
