Alfonso Salazar Rascon was last seen on Thursday at 9 p.m. on the 1400 block of Sixth Street in San Pedro, according to authorities.
Thanh Van Nguyen was found Wednesday in Long Beach by Fire Department personnel.
Walter Lee Taylor was last seen at 4 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of North Mayo Street, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
“Pastor Tagaloa must be held accountable for the financial abuse, neglect, abandonment and isolation inflicted upon this disabled veteran, resulting in his ultimate demise,” an attorney for the family said.
Loeup Oum suffers from “medical conditions” and could be easily disoriented, according to police, who said she was last seen around 7 a.m. Sunday.
Thomas Edward Morgan was last seen at around 5:34 a.m. Sunday morning at his living facility near the 3000 block of Cedar Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
“Ms. Banks suffers from schizoaffective disorder,” a sheriff’s department statement said. “Her family is concerned with her well-being and is asking for the public’s help.”
“Mr. Dominguez’s family is very concerned for his well-being,” the sheriff’s department said in a statement.
A previous judge in the case said she likely would’ve imposed three years in prison, but the pastor reached an agreement with prosecutors for a lesser sentence.
