The trailer was leaking an unknown “possible corrosive liquid” at an estimated rate of two to three gallons per minute, resulting in about 3,000 to 5,000 gallons of the liquid washing into a nearby storm drain before it could be stopped, LBFD spokesman Jake Heflin said.
