The department says it’s offering an amnesty of sorts for anyone who has outstanding misdemeanor or traffic warrants issued by the LASD.
Any person with a traffic or non-violent misdemeanor warrant issued by the LBPD can go to the event on Aug. 3 and will be issued a new citation and be given a new court date to handle their violation.
Officers seized four large illegal gambling machines, four firearms, ammunition and approximately $2,000 in cash, a spokeswoman said.
