On Friday, the lbpost.com printed a legal opinion that was requested by TALB’s (Teachers Association of Long Beach) Board of Directors.  The legal document was obtained by columnist Dennis Smith and was printed in his column – My Front Porch.
 
The California Teacher’s Association, the state-wide teachers group, has retained a legal opinion on the proposed TALB (Teachers Association of Long Beach) by-laws.
 
The CTA legal opinion defends TALB General Counsel Gerrie Schipske and strongly disagrees with the legal opinion commissioned by the TALB Board of Directors.
