The Gratitude Line: Hear what your neighbors are grateful for this Thanksgiving

Note: The Gratitude Line for 2021 is now open for your calls – (562) 471-5225

A few weeks ago, we asked one simple question: What are you thankful for?

Since then, we’ve received dozens of voicemails, emails and text messages on our Gratitude Line from community members wanting to share their thanks to the people who have helped them along the way.

Below, you’ll listen to people thankful for their customers, for volunteers, for veterans, and, most importantly, for their health.

This is a special project of the Long Beach Post, supported by Meals on Wheels of Long Beach.

Support our journalism.

Hyperlocal news is an essential force in our democracy, but it costs money to keep an organization like this one alive, and we can’t rely on advertiser support alone. That’s why we’re asking readers like you to support our independent, fact-based journalism. We know you like it—that’s why you’re here. Help us keep hyperlocal news alive in Long Beach.
