11:11:am | Third District Councilmember Gary DeLong will be hosting a community meeting to discuss the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2012 on Thursday, August 25, 2011. The meeting will take place in the auditorium of Lowell Elementary School from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The Councilmember’s Office asks that residnents note that the school’s auditorium is located on Monrovia Avenue.
City Manager Pat West and the City’s new Director of Financial Management John Gross will join Councilmember Delong in discussing the proposed budget and listening to community feedback.
