1:15pm | Drivers of any Toyota, Lexus or Scion model vehicles who plan to head to the Grand Prix this Sunday are in luck, as Toyota has announced that it will provide these motorists with free parking and shuttle service to and from the event between the hours of 8 a.m and 6 p.m.

Jamie Mickelson, a spokesperson for the 37th annual racing event, stressed that the free parking and shuttle service will only be offered on Sunday between the aforementioned hours.

The service is being offered as a thank-you to Toyota’s customers for their loyalty, she said.

Toyota, which also manufactures Lexus and Scion vehicles, is the official sponsor of the races.

Toyota, Lexus and Scion drivers wishing to take advantage of the offer should park their vehicles at Toyota Logistics Services, 785 Edison Ave. (at the Port of Long Beach), where shuttles will be running throughout the day to and from the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Pacific Avenue. The last shuttle back to Toyota Logistics Services will leave Ocean and Pacific at 6 p.m.
