10:15am | On Sunday afternoon police and SWAT teams responded to a call about a man that had threatened his neighbor with a knife. The suspect then retreated into his home on Nebraska Ave and refused to exit the dwelling.

After communications between police and the suspect failed to yield the desired results, tear gas was set off inside the home and the suspect surrendered and police took the man into custody.
