6:00am | The following video shows the philanthropic side of paramedics from Long Beach-based Bowers Ambulance. They used a stretcher as a delivery vehicle to help those at the Long Beach Rescue Mission to access food on March 8.
The food, which included hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, fruit, and corn-on-the-cob, were left-overs from a company picnic attended by many of the 600 talented employees of Bowers Ambulance and its sister company, Pacific Ambulance.
