Winter homeless shelter placed under quarantine for COVID-19

Seal Beach police release video of officer shooting man in January

2 teens arrested in slaying of 17-year-old at Silverado Park basketball court, police say

Long Beach to open 50 overnight parking spaces to unhoused people near the Queen Mary

Beginning March 20, the city is expanding its Safe Parking Program to offer 50 overnight parking spaces in a parking lot near the Queen Mary. The site will have security officers, a pet relief area, hand-washing facilities and restrooms.

Planning Commission approves expansion of Holy Innocents School in Long Beach
