A produce truck in North Long Beach caught fire just before 2 a.m. Monday, scorching an apartment garage door and power lines it was parked next to, authorities said.
Long Beach firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze before anyone was injured, fire department spokesman Matt Dobberpuhl said.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated, he said. The department doesn’t have an estimate of the damage costs.
