Along with a number of positive improvements cropping up in the city center, a host of new downtown Long Beach apartments are changing the way people live in this area for the better.

Unlike many buildings in its class, AMLI Park Broadway delivers on a promise of sustainability. The community aims to achieve LEED® Silver certification and has water-saving fixtures, premium air filtration technology and electric car charging stations. Healthy building materials were used in the community’s construction and over 75 percent of waste generated in building was diverted from local landfills.
