1:35pm | The Downtown Long Beach Associates (DLBA) will host Out to Lunch, a free series of mini-concerts at Promenade Square Park, every Friday during the month of September. Residents, visitors and employees are invited to purchase ‘Lunch To-Go’ meals from Downtown restaurants while they listen to festive music from local bands.
“Out to Lunch is an excellent opportunity for Downtown residents, visitors and employees to enjoy the beautiful, end-of-summer weather while mingling with neighbors and co-workers, and listening to live music by local artists,” said DLBA President and CEO Kraig Kojian. “We hope to draw workers out of their offices for an afternoon break and to take advantage of some of the great lunch specials being offered by participating restaurants.”
