The Long Beach Museum of Art’s (LBMA) second 2014 After Dark event is this Thursday, October 23 from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. Not only will guests have the opportunity to view the new exhibit Masterworks: Defining a New Narrative before everyone else, but they will also have the chance to hear live music from local bands Detangler and Los Vecinos.
An opportunity drawing, a special food and beverage menu from Claire’s At The Museum and a contemporary exhibit of 14 large-scale paintings will highlight the second and final LBMA After Dark event of the year, an exclusive affair not to be missed.
“LBMA After Dark continues to attract visitors of all ages and we anticipate this one will be our best attended due to the exhibition and the artists who are featured,” Ron Nelson, executive director of the LBMA, said in a statement.
