For more than 30 years, O Entertainment has been producing events around the Southland. It is perhaps best known for the Long Beach Crawfish Festival, which takes place this Saturday and Sunday, August 7th and 8th, at Rainbow Lagoon. The festival, now in its 17th year, boasts the largest crawfish cooker ever made, and features music, dancing, and complete dinners.
