19da3525-3cd3-4112-9493-e0dc17a61ce1No longer will you have to pass by Beachwood Blendery with a feeling of longing for its doors to open and its experimental brews to pour forth on a regular basis.

In addition to the upcoming bottle release of Propagation Series 256 and 512, The Blendery’s latest two Prop Series iterations to be delivered to the public, the Tasting Room will now be open on weekends, starting this Saturday, February 27 at 2:00PM to introduce a Single Barrel Experiment Series.

Named just this week and not to be bottled, the Experimental Cranberry and Experimental Pineapple kegs will be tapped in-house only and served this weekend. Only one barrel will be made of each flavor, so Sunday may be your last opportunity to try the pineapple or cranberry before another fruit is fermented to sour perfection.

The Prop Series 512, a fourth iteration of The Blendery’s Berliner Weisse Prop 002, where some of the wheat malt was exchanged for oats, will be put to good use as a beer mimosa, or a #funkmosa, set to be served with Sumo Orange Juice, also over the weekend. And alongside the new Prop Series 256 and 512, Prop Series 016, 064 and 128 will also be poured at the Tasting Room.

The aforementioned single-batch experiments and Prop Series are stepping stones on The Blendery’s journey to ultimately creating Lambic-inspired Artful Bières. Check in every weekend to see what Beachwood Blendery has concocted for their Single Barrel Experiment Series next.
