There are five cures for your Thanksgiving day and dinner freak out, and they’re all located just below this sentence. Give thanks, stress-free, by hauling the fam to one of these Long Beach eateries and getting your grub on without a care in the world (except for all those things you’re thankful for, of course).

The Sky Room

Because preparing a Thanksgiving meal might not be at the top of your list, you can top off your day of thanks, instead, with a dinner at the top of the world at The Sky Room in downtown Long Beach. We’re talking roasted turkey with a view, finished with a Pumpkin Caramel Tiramisu (and maybe a cocktail, actually… definitely a cocktail).

Find all the details here and don’t forget to make a reservation between 2:00PM and 7:00PM.

Fuego at Hotel Maya

Fuego’s four-course homemade brunch and dinner at Hotel Maya will be served from 11:00AM to 9:00PM. The restaurant has a lot to offer for your Thanksgiving soiree, including live Latin jazz, specialty drinks and a sensational seaside view. Make the quick drive across the pond away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Long Beach to taste Chef Victor Juarez’ Butternut Squash Soup and Tangerine Crab Salad with jumbo lump crab cake. For your entree, you can choose between the Roasted Turkey and all the fixings, Roast Herbed Rack of Lamb or Pan Roasted Salmon.

The Reef

Thanksgiving will be served all day and night (until 8:00PM) at this seaside eatery deemed “tropical hideaway.” The joint harbors much of its pride in being a family-owned business, so bring your own fam to this turkey day grubtacular event, enjoy the service with a grin and dig into the homemade waffles. Show up later if you’re in the mood for some oceanic fare such as the Spicy Tuna sushi or the crab legs.

The Aquarium of the Pacific

Get on with over 11,000 ocean-faring animals at the Aquarium of the Pacific, then stop by the buffet and eat a few. Okay, just kidding, the aquarium’s buffet will not feature any seafood, but instead serve hand-carved herb roasted turkey and a slew of other fixings, sides and, yes, oh yes, dinner rolls with herb butter. Vegetarian options are also available.

Working Class Kitchen

And if you need a little help getting together your “own” Thanksgiving shindig, Working Class Kitchen will be open on Thursday from 8:00AM to 1:00PM to provide the grab-and-go necessities you may very well have forgotten. From turkeys to sides, “your local butcher” has you covered. Cranberry sauce, potato gratin, bacon and brussels sprouts, lasagna, green bean casserole, beer, you name it, WCK has your back.
