Fuego at Hotel Maya is aiming to make things a little easier for cooks on Easter Sunday. Their solution? No cooking at all.

Fuego will offer an Easter Brunch, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM on April 5, that will feature several food stations, like seafood, omelets and carved meats.

The seafood and ceviche station will offer food like fanny bay oysters, jumbo gulf shrimp, smoked seafood and traditional condiments, as well as ceviche dishes like bay scallops, mahi mahi and steamed shrimp with citrus cocktail sauce.

The omelet station will feature prepared-to-order omelets made with vegetables, meats and cheeses.

The carving station will host a variety of meats from prime rib to bone-in ham with a pineapple rum glaze.

Other brunch entrees include eggs benedict, lamb chops, braised maple leave duck legs, beef barbacoa, cornish game hen and roasted filet of salmon.

The brunch will also feature a variety of salads, deviled eggs, roasted vegetable wraps, fresh fruit, seasonal berries and smoked salmon rolled asparagus.

“Our guests love Fuego’s outdoor dining area, especially as the beautiful spring weather is upon us during Easter,” said Kristi Allen, General Manager at Hotel Maya – a DoubleTree by Hilton. “Following brunch, family and friends can spend the afternoon relaxing on the patio with a cool drink while listening to hot jazz or enjoying the many tranquil spaces throughout the property.”

Fuego’s Easter Brunch costs $63 per adult and $25 for children 12 and under. To make reservations, call 562-481-3910.
