Feeling like you could use a cheap pick-me-up?

That spike in blood sugar is just around the corner—and it tastes good, too.

Whole Foods Market is offering 25-cent cookies to everyone in the country, including Long Beach, all for the sake of National Cookie Day, which is set for Sunday, December 4.

Cookies are offered at all Whole Foods branches, including the one located at Marina Shores Shopping Center in Long Beach, from now until December 6.

“The holidays mean cookie season is upon us, and we think the best way to celebrate is with a sweet deal for customers,” said David Lannon, Whole Foods Market’s executive vice president of operations in a statement. “And don’t forget the 365 Everyday Value milk, soy milk or almond milk for dunking!”

What’s more, the store is advertising its favorite cookie recipes, just in time for those holiday potlucks.

The chain’s team also made a quick note for all those ready to storm through the Whole Foods glass doors for the next week: All bakery items at Whole Foods Market are made with cage-free eggs and non-bleached or bromated flour, and they contain no artificial preservatives, colors, sweeteners or hydrogenated fats.

The Long Beach Whole Foods Market is located at 6550 East Pacific Coast Highway.
