10:45am | Lovers of the arts – or just lovers of a fun evening – are invited to an artists’ reception to open the 30 Artists With No Theme art gallery at the Gallery Expo building on Atlantic Avenue in Bixby Knolls from 6:00-8:00pm on Saturday, December 11.
The gallery displays one piece from thirty different artists. Pictured at right is a mixed media collage by Alejandra Vernon, who placed second in the November Dia de los Muertos exhibit.
The show actually opens at the December edition of First Fridays on December 3, but the Artists’ Reception will feature live art, ‘smores and hot chocolate as well as an adult bazaar with numerous gifts to local businesses. There will also be live music.
