The 6th annual Long Beach Zombie Walk took over three “zones” in Downtown on Saturday, bringing family-friendly ghoulishness and zombie-fied locals to the streets of Long Beach. Hundreds of un-dead corpses invaded Pine Avenue and The Promenade in a post-apocalyptic zombie party that included music, wrestling, movie screenings and a vendor village. Growing over the years out of its roots as a 15-minute walk along 4th Street, Zombie Walk has developed into a massive tourist event where zombies of all ages can relish and indulge in their share of blood, guts and gore. Attendees were able to enjoy two stages of live music all day and night, multiple food trucks and vendors, as well as make-up artists offering you the chance to join the undead.
