Shul By the Shore kicked off its celebration of Chanukah in a big way, lighting a massive Ice Menorah, Sunday.
The Belmont Shore synagogue, located on 2nd Street, dubbed its celebration, appropriately, Fire and Ice, and there was plenty of both given the size of the menorah which towered over the sizeable crowd which came to sing, dance, listen and eat. Latkes? Donuts? Yes!
