The Long Beach Camerata Singers will present a festival celebrating the music of composer Johann Sebastian Bach for the 41st year in a row beginning next month through April.

The performances will feature music by, about or thematically related to Bach, and the songs will be appropriate for audiences of all ages. They will also feature multiple genres like classical, jazz and blues.

“The music of Johann Sebastian Bach is truly a foundation, and continues to edify, educate and inspire musicians and composers throughout the world,” said Dr. Rob Istad, artistic director of Camerata Singers, in a statement issued by Camerata Singers. “Camerata continues to seek new ways to introduce our community to his treasure of magnificent works, and we’re thrilled that we are able to make Bach’s music accessible to all by offering three free concerts this year!”
