I have had quite a few tacos here in Long Beach.
I can safely say none of them have been pink … until now.
We featured the family-run Mother’s Kitchen in November and returned this week to try the pink tacos they offer for Taco Tuesday. The vibrant dish did not disappoint.

More than 80 children took the U.S. citizenship oath Tuesday at the Aquarium of the Pacific. One of them, Ysabella Loyola, gave a fantastic performance of the national anthem.
