Do you know an outstanding woman who serves the Long Beach, San Pedro, Signal Hill or Catalina Island communities?
The office of Assemblymember Patrick O’Donnell is now accepting nominations for his annual “Women of Distinction” ceremony, which recognizes women who have “gone above and beyond to serve the community of the 70th Assembly District.”
“It is an honor to celebrate the great women of AD 70 each year,” O’Donnell said in a statement. “As a parent and a teacher, I value the contributions of the women in our lives who serve as community leaders, volunteers, business owners, and heads of families.”
