BuskerFest was, in my humble estimation, a success by any measure. Thousands of people came to enjoy live local music presented on four impromptu stages throughout the East Village Arts District, and vote for their favorite bands.
The Brook Lee Catastrophe were the last group to play in the East Village Art Park, and entertained delighted fans by handing out kazoos and encouraging folks to join in.
Justin Hectus, one of the organizers of the Summer And Music series, has announced the BuskerFest winner: The Pawn Shop Kings.
