On the evening of Wednesday, June 27, a group of roughly 50 residents met up at the 56-acre undeveloped property behind Sunnyside Cemetery for a tour of Willow Gulch, a.k.a California Gardens, led by Seventh District Councilman James Johnson and the Larry Rich, sustainability coordinator for the city of Long Beach.
