St. Nick’s Christmas Design and Decor is looking to make the lives of three local families in need a little brighter this holiday season by partnering with Children Today for a toy and Christmas decor drive.
The local Long Beach shop will donate fresh-cut Douglas fir Christmas trees and lights to three Long Beach families. Toys, clothing and basic necessities will also be donated to more than 100 children in the community.
“The holiday season gives us all a chance to show just how much we care about our neighbors and the children in our communities,” said Nic Adams, founder of St. Nick’s Design and Décor. “There is always good that can be done and this is a stepping stone into giving back to the community this season.”
St. Nick’s is also welcoming new, unwrapped toy donations for children between six weeks to six years old from those who are interested through December 19. It will provide toy pick-up services for those interested in donating. The toys will be distrubuted to the children and the families at Children Today’s North Long Beach facility between December 22 and December 24. To schedule a donation pick-up, contact St. Nicks by calling 562-438-0017.
