At least 10 vehicles were involved in a crash this morning on the northbound 405 Freeway in Long Beach.

The crash occurred near the Lakewood Boulevard exit about 5:15 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

No major injuries were immediately reported and details of what caused the crash were not immediately disclosed.

It was unclear how many lanes of traffic were affected by the crash, but the CHP reported they were clearing the roadway at around 6:30 a.m.
