Tuesday afternoon around 3:45PM, Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Hill Street in response to a shooting. Officers on the scene located a victim with an injury to the upper torso.
An adult male victim was taken to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
