A document allegedly posted online by the group Anonymous warns multiple Long Beach government officials and police officers, “We Do Not Forgive / We Do Not Forget / Expect Us.”
The document, addressed to “Long Beach CA City Council and Police Department D0x,” opens with a reference to a comment made by Mayor Foster during recent discussions regarding the City’s just-installed ban medpot collectives: “Yo Bob Foster! You want the Wild West? Well Pew pew Mothafucka!”
The document lists the home addresses and phone numbers of the mayor, all councilmembers save Dee Andrews and Rae Gabelich, City Attorney Robert Shannon, Police Chief Jim McDonnell, and a half-dozen LBPD officers.
A list of grievances is provided with each person named in the document. Included among the grievances are incidents of police shootings and alleged abuses of force, insufficient action to curtail the activities of the gang Barrio Pobre, voting to ban medpot collectives, police polices allowing for the detention of photographers, and harassment of Occupy Long Beach members.
The document, originally posted on pastebin.com, appears to have been removed from that Website; however, it can still be found on numerous This Padded Cell and various comments pages hosted by inagist.com.
Commonly described as a “hacker group” but with activities going beyond the bounds of cyberspace, Anonymous bills itself as “a decentralized network of individuals focused on promoting access to information, free speech, and transparency.”
Persons identifying themselves as members of Anonymous have taken part in various Occupy Long Beach activities, including speaking at city council meetings.
The LBPD did not reply to the Long Beach Post‘s request for comment.
