10:05am | More than 150 vendors and 2,500 owners in the rental housing industry will be at the Long Beach Convention Center on September 20th for the 43rd Annual Rental Housing Expo, sponsored by the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities.

Known as the largest rental housing trade show in California, this expo will feature “one stop” shopping for property owners, managers, real estate agents and investors.  Products, services and consultants will be available to help property owners with their needs.

The line up of seminars and exhibits this year is designed to provide opportunities for landlords to navigate the world of rental housing.  More than 12 seminars and workshops will be presented.

“With all that goes into managing a rental property, this is a great opportunity for owners and managers to find the products and services they need and use the most,” says Nancy Ahlswede, Executive Director.

Admission to the expo and all of the seminars is free to the public. All landlords and property managers are encouraged to attend.
