55-year-old man with mental health disorder missing from Lakewood

A 55-year-old man diagnosed with mental health problems who has a tattoo of a blue eye on his forehead was missing this morning after last being seen in Lakewood.

Jeffrey Eugene Stallings, who has schizoaffective disorder and diabetes, was last seen at 1:50 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of East Carson Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Stallings is 5-foot-4 and 187 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, according to Deputy Erin Liu of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Anyone with information on Stallings’ whereabouts was asked to call Detective Matthew Pereida of the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
