A duplex in the Wrigley neighborhood was hit by gunfire early Sunday morning, but no one was injured, police said.

Two residents who lived in separate units of the complex at Chestnut Way near 25th Street told police they slept through the gunfire at 2 a.m.

Officers at the scene found bullet casings, however no information was immediately available on the motive or the suspected shooter, authorities said.
