A man behind the wheel of the Honda Civic and a woman who was inside West Beach Liquor were taken to an area hospital, but their injuries are not considered life-threatening, said Seal Beach police Sgt. Mike Henderson.
He said the cause of the crash was under investigation, including whether drugs or alcohol might be factors.
