Two shootings over the weekend left three damaged vehicles in their wake, but no injuries, according to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD).

The shootings each occurred on Sunday, January 24.

At 2:30AM on Sunday, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Walnut Avenue regarding a report of damage to two vehicles, according to LBPD spokesperson Marlene Arrona.

Arriving officers found no reported injuries, but discovered damage to two unoccupied vehicles, which were struck by gunfire.

There is currently no suspect description and the investigation is ongoing, according to Arrona.

At 8:45AM on Sunday, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Pasadena Avenue, regarding report of damage to a vehicle.

When officers arrived, they discovered an unoccupied vehicle struck by gunfire, with no reported injuries and no suspects. The investigation is ongoing, according to Arrona.
