An argument inside a San Pedro bar early this morning allegedly led to a shooting outside that left one man wounded and the gunman at large, Los Angeles police said.
The shooting took place about 12:30 a.m. on Sixth Street near Centre Street. Two bar patrons got into an argument, went outside and got into a fight, police said. One man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the other one in the leg. The wounded man was taken to a hospital for treatment of his gunshot wound. He was last reported in stable condition.
Meanwhile, the gunman fled the scene.
Anyone with information on the shooting or the gunman was asked to call LAPD’s Harbor Division at (310) 726-7900. Tipsters can also call CrimeStoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
