Police say a man was killed when he apparently lost control of his electric bicycle and crashed in North Long Beach.
The man hit Artesia Boulevard’s center median near Indiana Avenue and was found unconscious there around 9:40 p.m., according to the Police Department.
First-responders tried to save him, but he died at the hospital, the LBPD said in a statement.
Police did not disclose his name, age or other personal information.
