Long Beach police found bullet casings in the road in Central Long Beach early Saturday morning after getting a call about shots fired, officials said.

Officers were called to the scene at 10th Street and Myrtle Avenue, near Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue at about 3:35 a.m., police spokeswoman Shaunna Dandoy said. They searched the area and found the casings.

No property damage has been reported and no victims have come forward, she said.

Police do not have any suspect information, but they are still investigating, according to Dandoy.
