It appears nobody was hurt in a shooting that left a window broken on a home in Carmelitos Tuesday night, Long Beach police  said.

Officers were called to the 900 block of Via Carmelitos just after 9:30 p.m., police spokeswoman Jennifer De Prez said. They found a home with a broken window and bullet casings on the sidewalk, but no one reported any injuries.

Police do not know the motive for the shooting or have any suspect information, De Prez said. They are still investigating.
